Robust and Reliable Design Day

January 29, 2021 (Morning)

March 2020 had to be cancelled. To get off on the right foot in 2021, we invite you to register for this morning session led by Nicolas Gayton (Sigma) and Thierry Yalamas (Phimeca) on behalf of the AFM’s groupe Mécanique et Incertain, and in partnership with the IMdR. It will allow you to attend academic and industrial presentations on the theme of reliability.

Cécile Mattrand & Nicolas Gayton (Sigma/Institut Pascal): Calculation of probability of failure with variables of different natures
A. Diet (Airbus): Statistical approach to tolerance from the definition phase to the analysis of measurements
Antoine Dumas (Phimeca): Application of the uncertainty methodology to the equipment bay of a space launcher
Miguel Munoz Zuniga (IFP Energies nouvelles): Reliability based design optimization and uncertainty quantification for offshore wind turbines.
Rudy Chocat, PhD (CEA): ESCAPE2: VVUQ for meteorological and climatic models.
